How long delivery time can I expect?
We normally ship within Sweden in 3-5 working days. International shipping is 2-10 working days depending on where you're based. Orders are normally processed within 24 hours.
Why didn't I get an order confirmation to my email address?
If you do not recive an order comfirmation, please check your junk mail filters, and also make sure you have typed the correct email address in your order, or contact us at support2@velour.se and we´ll help you out. When your order has been shipped, you will recieve a tracking number by email.
How do I know I will get the right size?
You will find a link to a size guide on almost every product where you can find relevant measurements in centimeters.
